Flamula Games

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy explains how Flamula Games ("we", "us") handles information in the games and apps we publish on Google Play, and on this website. In short: we do not collect your personal data ourselves, but some of our games show ads, and the ad provider collects some data from your device to do that.

Who we are

Flamula Games is an independent developer based in Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach us at contact@flamulagames.com.

Information we collect

Our apps do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect, store or share personal information such as your name, email address, contacts or photos.

Game progress and settings are saved only on your device. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

Advertising

Some of our games are free and show ads. Games with ads are marked "Contains ads" on their store page. These ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited.

To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect information from your device, such as:

We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Google processes it under its own policy. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices about ads

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our games ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalised ads, which are based on the content of the game rather than on your activity. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the game's settings.

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Settings, Google, Ads.

Purchases

Some games offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so the game can unlock it. Purchases are covered by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Other third parties

Apart from advertising, our apps do not include analytics or tracking services. If that changes, we will name the service here before the update is released.

Google may collect information when you download or update an app through Google Play. That collection is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

This website

This website does not use cookies or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Children

Some of our games may appeal to children. In games intended for children, ads are shown only in a non-personalised form and are limited to content suitable for a young audience, as required by Google Play rules. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been collected, contact us and we will help remove it.

Legal basis

Where personalised ads are shown in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalised ads rely on our legitimate interest in funding free games.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because the advertising data described above is held by Google rather than by us, the quickest way to manage it is through the options above or your Google account. You can also contact us with any question, and you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply to you, and we do not share them with anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
